Mike Zywina
Founder & Director Mike has almost 15 years' experience in the sector as a fundraiser, consultant, senior manager and trustee. He created Lime Green Consulting in 2014. Mike runs our training courses for charities and social enterprises and helps to design major funding bids, with a particular track record in securing Lottery funding. As a fundraising strategy specialist, he'll help you to develop a more sustainable funding base and prioritise the best income opportunities, by asking the right questions to bring structure to your planning and draw out the best aspects of your work. Mike has also been supporting the Small Charities Coalition as a pro bono mentor and trainer since 2014. |
Gemma Pettman
Associate Consultant Gemma helps charities to raise both their profile and vital funds. She's supported causes ranging from city farms to youth unemployment. Demonstrating impact through storytelling is a crucial part of Gemma’s work, particularly when applying to trusts and foundations. As well as raising much-needed income, she has received praise from funders for her use of sincere and straightforward language. Gemma delivers many of our training courses and helps charities and social enterprises with bid writing, developing their case for support and identifying new funding opportunities. |
Megan Hann
Associate Consultant Megan is renowned for her ability to build strong relationships with funders and donors, using her warm personality and people skills. She was the senior fundraiser at The Green Party for four years, successfully securing their largest ever donation of £300,000 from a major donor. Megan has a track record of winning grants ranging from £500 to £500,000, including from The City Bridge Trust, Goldman Sachs International and Waterloo Foundation. She's equally comfortable working behind the scenes to conduct prospect research and write cases for support, and is our go-to expert for crowdfunding and major donor fundraising. |
Ally Rea
Associate Consultant Ally is a marketing and fundraising professional with more than 12 years' experience for charities large and small. She has broad experience in communications, strategic and operational roles across the arts, heritage, disability, health and media sectors.
