Founder & Director
Mike has 10 years' experience in the sector as a fundraiser, consultant, senior manager and trustee.
He left Link Community Development - where he oversaw a thriving fundraising portfolio raising £600,000 per year - to create Lime Green Consulting in 2013.
As a fundraising strategy specialist, Mike will help you to develop a more sustainable funding base and prioritise the best income opportunities. He knows the right questions to ask to bring structure to your plans and draw out the best aspects of your work.
Mike has also been supporting the Small Charities Coalition as a volunteer mentor and trainer since 2014.
In 20 years, Andrew has raised over £10million and experienced nearly all fundraising disciplines, but he's always specialised in trusts and foundations.
Andrew helps charities of all sizes with trust-related research and bid-writing in order to secure core, project and capital funding. As a published author of fiction and poetry, he's renowned for the quality of his writing.
He's also a member of the Institute of Fundraising and holds its Diploma in Fundraising Management.
Andrew is especially keen to help smaller charities, and those new to trust fundraising, to demystify the process of securing funding and building relationships with funders.
Gemma helps charities to raise both their profile and vital funds. She's supported causes ranging from city farms to youth unemployment.
Demonstrating impact through storytelling is a crucial part of Gemma’s work, particularly when applying to trusts and foundations.
As well as raising much-needed income, she has received praise from funders for her use of sincere and straightforward language.
Gemma helps charities to research funding options, design project proposals and submit compelling applications to grant makers.
Piers uses his experience gained from working as a Government analyst to help small charities improve their approach to strategic decision-making.
He's an expert in Operational Research (also known as 'the science of decision-making') and uses an analytical approach to make decisions and solve problems.
Piers has helped us to unlock the power of these techniques for smaller charities, where trustees and staff have limited time to debate and make strategic decisions.
He also helped to design many of our popular group training workshops - click here to find out more.
