Developing a Fundraising Strategy - Tuesday 10 July 2018 & Tuesday 20 November 2018, both London Bridge
These workshops in partnership with the School for Social Entrepreneurs will give you a strong framework for developing your fundraising strategy and making difficult strategic decisions. We'll show you how to review your current fundraising performance and funding needs, explore your strategic position using enhanced SWOT analysis, engage different fundraising audiences, and scope out and prioritise fundraising activities. We'll also explain how to write up your strategy and set up your organisation for fundraising success.
